Claire Mariel Health is a boutique personal health-consulting firm specializing in coaching busy professional women on how to live healthy, fulfilling, balanced lives. My unique approach combines dietary advice with health system navigation and lifestyle coaching. I founded Claire Mariel Health, LLC to create a positive change in women’s lives by providing support for establishing healthy eating habits while managing the many competing priorities that women face throughout their lifetimes. My goal is to empower women to take control of their lives and build lifelong habits that improve their health.
